I sent in an official complaint to the OSPCA today.
the only possible illegal thing I prove and can think of, is them sleeping without shelter on short chains- called Drop Chains.
This kennel’s business model is based on making profit off taking people out on multi day dogsled expeditions where dogs sleep outside with no shelter on 6″chain, therefor the business model is based on breaking the law by stripping the dogs of their right to adequate shelter.
This is how dogs in the dogsledding industry – tourism and races- sleep while they are working.

It goes against regulation, but maybe there’s a loophole with animal transport laws that effect dogs in the dogsled industry.

Thank you for exposing this. I will write to the OSPCA as well.
Perfect! Everything helps!
